Curriculum of the Undergraduate Program in Applied Biology
The Applied Biology (Bioter) Undergraduate Program at the University of Lampung is designed to produce graduates who are adaptive and competent in applying biological sciences across various applied sectors such as biotechnology, health, conservation, and aquaculture. The curriculum integrates theoretical learning, laboratory practices, applied projects, and field activities to equip students with the analytical and technical skills required in the professional world.
The program's uniqueness lies in its four main concentration areas: Biotechnology (plants, animals, microbes), Health Biology/Biomedicine, Conservation Biology, and Aquaculture Biology. The curriculum structure is developed based on national higher education standards and aligned with industry needs and current scientific advancements.
