October 2020 – The public lecture “DNA Barcoding for Tropical Biodiversity Research” organized by the Department of Biology and IKABI (Biology Alumni Family Association) Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Lampung was lively with a scientific atmosphere and lively discussions.
This routine activity will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 13.30 WIB. The event was opened by Dr. eng. Heri Satria, M.Sc., as the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Cooperation of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Lampung.
This public lecture was held by the Biology Alumni Family Association (IKABI) FMIPA Unila in collaboration with the Biology Department, FMIPA Unila. The first material was delivered by Dr. Carina Carneiro de Melo Moura with the title Phylogeography and DNA Barcoding: Molecular Methods for Tropical Biodiversity Research. The second material was delivered by alumni of the Department of Biology, Dr. Tedjo Sukmono, S.Si., M.Sc. with the title DNA Barcoding Freshwater Fish of Indonesia.
